How does the refer-a-friend program work? By registering for the refer-a-friend program, you can give your friends a reward which is a discount off their first order on the Love Locs website. When your friend makes their first order online, you’ll receive an email giving you a reward for your next order online. It’s a win-win!

How do I start referring friends? After registering you’ll be given the option to share your personalised link with friends by email, Facebook, Facebook messenger, Whatsapp, Twitter or you can copy and paste the link. 

To get their reward, your friend needs to register after they have clicked on your personalised link or entered your registered name when prompted on the checkout page. After registering, they will receive their unique promotion code by email. To redeem the discount, the code should be entered into the promotion code box on the checkout page.

I referred a friend and they are being shown as “not eligible”, why is that? To be eligible for the reward, your friend must be a new customer. If your friend has shopped with us before online, they will not be eligible for the reward.

How many people can I refer to Love Locs? You can refer as many people as you like.
