I have referred friends, how does the store credit work?

Below is a scenario to help you understand how the store credit work:

– your first friend made an order worth $75.
– your second friend made an order worth $90.
– your total reward will be $7.50 + $9.00 = $16.50.
– you can use the whole $16.50 as store credit on the next purchase (or keep it and collect with new rewards).

How do I start referring friends?

After registering you’ll be given the option to share your personalised link with friends by email, Facebook, Whatsapp, Twitter or you can copy and paste the link.

To get their reward, your friend needs to click on the link that you have shared, the discount code will be automatically applied at checkout. Another option is for your friends to enter the discount code directly on the checkout page.

I referred a friend and they are being shown as “not eligible”, why is that?

To be eligible for the reward, your friend must be a new customer. If your friend has shopped with us before online, they will not be eligible for the reward.

How many people can I refer to Love Locs?
